This Christmas its of benefit thinking about people you haven’t spoken to for some time, and writing a lovely card letting you know just what you feel about them.
Each year individuals show there support for charities by sending all of their friends and family Charity Christmas Cards to express their affection for the people they love. I think this is such a brilliant ritual to keep up as individuals love to receive kind words from people they love and Charity Christmas Cards are a shiny and cheerful way of making individuals feel appreciated.

To be honest I find it easier sending those that I know a letter or card to show how I feel about them as you can think through your words with out the pressure of an immediate response. Often Cards are an excellent way of getting in touch with people that you have been unable to speak to for a long while as they are less formal or threatening than a simple letter with the images on the front giving an idea of the mood of the sender. A picture paints a thousand words springs to mind.

Finally when you send someone a card you don’t have to just scribble the postal address on the envelope you can use your own artistic flair to write or draw things on the cover that will have the individual you are writing to smiling before they even open the letter. Charity Christmas Cards are a brilliant way of getting in touch with people at this time of year, but during the year you can still send a card to someone you care about and make links that where there before.
