This may sound superbly simple, and it is actually. Positive affirmations are one of the most successful ways to improve your self-esteem ever. They affect who you are, how you see yourself, how you ultimately act and what you think about yourself. Yes, they are that powerful. Have you even heard about people using them in the gym or when exercising? Me, well I used it following Fatloss for idiots to help me lose weight and it seemed to work great.

It’s not as far fetched as you may think. After all negative affirmations got you into hot water in the first place. If you continually think about yourself in a negative manner, you act that way, feel that way and are that way - negative. If you reverse the process, it can’t help but make a significant difference.
