The proper amount of rest will help a person who is looking to get into shape. Proper rest is needed for both a healthy mind and a healthy body.

No two people are alike. The media has given us the image of what the perfect body is supposed to look like, but it does not match our body. That is okay.
Do not worry about the opinions of people you never met and be your own judge. If you are satisfied with the way you look, no one else really matters.
