With his busy world today, everyone got to experience being stress. Stress is really a psychological imbalance. As what Dr. Hans Selye said, “it is the rate of all wear and tear caused by life”

We all experience positive stress and negative stress. Positive stress results to a situation when a person has got the possibility to achieve something in their life. A scenario best fit for this is when, someone from school is inspired to attend school everyday because she knows for herself that she will see her crush there. Thus, she would make everything for her crush to see her. The thing she want to do good in school is caused by a positive stress. Unlike negative stress, it is the result once we work for hours in the workplace or if we travel for a long period of time. We would likely to experience negative stress if we experience great problems in life. When a person is negatively stress, you’ve got to experience headaches, unnecessary palpitations, you became very irritable and quite often you like to end your life or stop whatever you have.

I’ve read an article on how to deal with stress. The article author stated, “Stress associated with busier than usual schedules and competing engagements can easily mount, making it difficult for people to find time to unwind, relax and regroup. Northwestern Integrative Medicine experts warn that over time, stress has a significant impact on health and well-being, making it important to find ways to manage tension before it manages you.”

“Stress can lead to sleep loss, chronic pain and feeling distracted,? said Maggie Crowley, PsyD, health psychologist at Northwestern Integrative Medicine.
“We all need to find ways to decompress both body and mind to regain a sense of ease and well-being.”

Fortunately, there are lots of techniques to manage your stress. One easy way would be to experience proper meditation.
“Through guided meditation, participants will learn the concepts of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, which includes elements of meditation and yoga. By becoming more aware of their stress, as well as the connection between the mind and body, participants can achieve balance in their lives.”

This method is highly effective to everyone having a stressful life. You’ll find organizations throughout the world who offers the best guided meditations. Make guided meditation as part of your lifestyle and see how this method turn yourself into having a stress-free life!
