With his busy world today, everyone got to experience being stress. Stress is really a psychological imbalance. As what Dr. Hans Selye said, “it is the rate of all wear and tear caused by life”

We all experience positive stress and negative stress. Positive stress results to a situation when a person has got the possibility to achieve something in their life. A scenario best fit for this is when, someone from school is inspired to attend school everyday because she knows for herself that she will see her crush there. Thus, she would make everything for her crush to see her. The thing she want to do good in school is caused by a positive stress. Unlike negative stress, it is the result once we work for hours in the workplace or if we travel for a long period of time. We would likely to experience negative stress if we experience great problems in life. When a person is negatively stress, you’ve got to experience headaches, unnecessary palpitations, you became very irritable and quite often you like to end your life or stop whatever you have.
